Stardust Hills’ clubhouse is available for rent to both residents and non-residents. Our clubhouse is perfect for birthdays, reunions, dinner parties, and more, and we invite you to plan your next event here!

6-hour rental fees for residents is $100, (nonresident is $200) with a refundable $100 Security/Cleaning deposit, as well as a $25 nonrefundable post-inspection fee at the time of the initial rental request. In addition, there is an extra $1 per guest that uses our clubhouse pool. Pool use is not included in the Clubhouse rental. 

For those looking to rent the clubhouse, simply submit the rental agreement to office during business hours with your requested dates along with your deposit. Once the agreement is completed and rental fees paid, your dates will be locked in, and you will be able to receive the keys.
