Per the Association Bylaws:
Annual Membership dues of $280.00 (as of December Monthly Meeting announcement), must be paid by April 1st of each year. You may pay your dues online with the button below or directly with the office.
Per SHOA Bylaws, if you have not paid your dues by April 11th, you will be assessed a $2 per day late fee. When making an online payment, be sure to calculate your late charge and include with your payment. April 11th is counted as day 1 at $2. For example, if you pay your dues on April 24th (day 14 when counting from April 11th), you will need to add $28 to your annual dues payment. Please reach out to the office if you have any questions or need assistance with late fee calculation.
As of April 2nd, Payment Plans are NO LONGER BEING ACCEPTED FOR 2024 DUES!!!
For Members unable to pay the annual dues by April 1st, as required by our Bylaws, The Board of Directors has approved the payment plan in the download button below.
The Board of Directors WILL NOT approve any other payment plans other than this plan as outlined. The Board of Directors WILL NOT modify the payment plan.
