SHOA Late Fees grace period extension

The SHOA has extended the Grace period for the payment of the 2025 Annual Dues to 05-25-25 in an effort to help the Member to not have to pay Late Fees. Dues were due 04-01-25 with an original grace period of 04-15-25.

If you fail to pay your dues paid in FULL BEFORE 05-26-25, then late fees WILL occur from the original due date of 04-01-25 of $2.00 per day to a maximum of $120.00.

PLEASE take advantage of this offer, we hope not to have to charge any late fees, file any Law Suits,  Property Liens, or deny you access to the Association amenities (as in the Pool) but, if needed, that is our Duty to responsible Members of our community.

To also help facilitate your payment, someone will be in the SHOA Office between 10am to 3pm on Saturday 05-24-25, in addition to our normal Office hours. You may also drop your payment after hours thru the slot in the door to the Office, it goes into a locked drop box.
